HIPfolio has been through some exciting changes:

6th April 2009

Property Information Questionnaire
The Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ) was added to the HIP as a 'required' document on 6th April 2009. HIPfolio addressed this by creating an online form for the seller to complete which is automatically uploaded to HIPfolio, as well as a copy sent to both the HIP provider and seller via email.

Not all sellers have internet access and so a blank PIQ is available to download from HIPfolio which can then be posted or hand delivered for the seller to complete by hand. This would need to be scanned, saved as a PDF and uploaded in the usual fashion.

April 2009

New homepage
A newly designed homepage was added. The new layout not only looks good but makes it easier for HIP viewers to access their HIPs via the prominent search box.

July 2009

First Day Marketing calculator
As a HIP provider, you'll know how important it is to get certain documents compiled as soon as possible in order for marketing to start.

To help you keep on top of this, we will be adding an FDM calculator to the system and this will alert you when FDM has been achieved. Marketing cannot take place until FDM is achieved when certain documents are in place. Let HIPfolio work out the FDM for you!

Once achieved, you can email the Estate Agent and seller, directly from HIPfolio, with the good news!

HIP sorting
This is one facility designed to help those of you with lots of listings!

You will be able to sort your listings by address, HIP status, FDM, expiry date or just search for one specific HIP. This will make managing your HIPs even faster and easier!

Estate Agent Database
Keep a database of your regular estate agent clients and you'll have all the necessary contact information at your fingertips. This will be particularly useful when using the FDM alert function.

Advertising
To keep HIPfolio such great value, we are introducing advertising throughout the site.

HIPfolio was developed to offer an independent and safe online portal where HIP providers can be assured that there is no risk of losing their client to a supplier/competitor!

We stand by this 100% and so there will be no advertising that creates such a conflict of interest.

We are looking to attract advertisers for such services as: removals companies, DIY providers, insurance services, home improvements, equipment for DEAs/HIs, business services etc.
